Turntable Camera
Available from the Blender Extension Repository
Turntable Camera adds a new camera panel that automatically generates key-frame sequences of turntable animation whose parameters can be rapidly refined.
Built for the purposed of model demonstration, spritesheet and flipbook creation, and website product gallery/carousel rendering.
Parameters: Turntable: Root Empty: If enabled, a new empty will be created as the parent of the camera. A parent object is required to move a turntable camera away from the origin.
Start: Frame at which to start the turntable
Range to Scene: If enabled, scene render range will be updated to match the turntable animation duration
Steps: Number of steps in turntable rotation.
Custom Range: Use custom start and end angles for the turntable rotation.
Start: Turntable Start Angle End: Turntable End Angle Offset: Constant offset angle to apply to turntable rotation.
Hold Frames: Hold each camera position for this many frames. Useful when creating turntables of animated content such as flipbooks or multiangle sprite animations.
Distance: Constant Camera distance
Shift: Constant XY Shift
Elevation: Interpolation: Stepped: Constant elevation values. Used for rendering spritesheets, product galleries, flipbooks, and similar. Linear: Smooth elevation changes. Most appropriate for animated turntables such showing off a 3d model Steps: Number of elevation steps Start: Initial elevation angle End: Final elevation angle Offset: Constant offset angle to apply to elevation values. Visualization Visualize: Create visualized object when enabled. Direction Scale: Scale camera direction indicators Show Path: Whether to display connected positions
